How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Centurysteam Roofing, you are introduced to an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They are the ones who look at your roof, explain your options, and write up an estimate. Centurysteam Roofing only makes the introduction.
What Happens Next
A provider will usually ask a few simple questions. They may ask what you noticed, when you noticed it, and how old the roof is. Photos can help. Some providers can respond quickly, but timing varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability if you are worried.
The provider may then suggest a visit to look at the roof in person. After that, you should get a written estimate. Take your time reading it.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
A short list can keep you steady during the conversation:
- Are you licensed and insured for work in my town?
- What exactly is included in the estimate?
- Is this a repair or a full replacement, and why?
- What materials do you suggest for snow, ice, and coastal wind?
- How will you protect my home, yard, and landscaping?
- Can you help document storm or hail damage for an insurance claim?
- How long do you expect the job to take, and what could change that?
Write down the answers. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.
You Are in Control
Asking for an estimate does not commit you to anything. There is no obligation. You can ask questions, say no, or get a second opinion. Be careful with anyone who pushes you to sign quickly or asks for the full payment up front. A good provider will give you room to decide.
Rough costs for roofing vary a lot by size, pitch, materials, and the condition of the wood underneath. A written quote is the only way to know your real number.
Ready to Talk to a Provider?
Start with what you can see. A stain, a missing shingle, or a drip is enough. Request an estimate and a local provider can follow up.
